Rental Rates & Subscription Packages

Tier 1: 10 Hours Per Month

  • $350 per month: $35 hr. each additional hour + deposit*
  • $20 per month: Optional dish machine usage, unlimited use during rental hours

*$200 refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit)

Tier 2: 40 Hours Per Month

  • $1000 per month: $25 hr. each additional hour + deposit*
  • $25 per month: Optional dish machine usage, unlimited use during rental hours

$200 refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit)

Tier 3: 120 Hours Per Month

  • $1800 per month: $15 hr. each additional hour + deposit*
  • $30 per month: Optional dish machine usage, unlimited use during rental hours

$200 refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit)

Tier 4: 180 Hours Per Month

  • $2340 per month: $13 hr. each additional hour + deposit*
  • $40 per month: Optional dish machine usage, unlimited use during rental hours

  • $3000 per month: $12 hr. each additional hour + deposit*

Non-Subscription Kitchen Use: $120+$200 deposit-3hrs. of kitchen use, $40 hr. each additional hour
