Hoggzilla was formed to meet the fast paced mobile kitchen industry. Owner Jason Hogg, began his culinary career working on Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant, SC. He is a lowcountry native with national restaurant industry experience. Currently he is the owner operator of Cross County Restaurant Supply. This small business is a family owned and operated serving the TriCounty restaurant industry for over 10 years.
Hoggzilla was formed due to the demand for a local mobile kitchen fabricator in the Lowcountry of SC. Charleston, SC is home to a booming restaurant industry. Hoggzilla has teamed up with Cross County Restaurant Supply offering custom truck and trailer kitchen fabrications. Our clients receive the best value and service as we are the only one stop shop for mobile kitchens. Guided by good small business values, our goal is not just to build top-quality trucks and trailers, but to take part in the growth of individual mobile food businesses and the community it serves.
